Phoenix Fall Showcase – moved to Mesa High School Gym
Mesa, AZ – Chad Groth’s 7th Annual Phoenix Fall Showcase presented by Area Codes Basketball on Saturday October 20 will now be held at Mesa High School in Mesa, AZ.
Mesa High School is located at 1630 East Southern Avenue, Mesa, AZ 85204. The showcase was scheduled to be at Thunderbird High School and now has moved locations.
“Players will be participating from San Diego, Las Vegas, El Paso, Flagstaff, Cottonwood, Prescott, Tucson and Phoenix, this is a special group of players and could be the best ever, google the Phoenix Fall Showcase and see the past players and where they are today”, said Groth.
This event is full with teams and have a waiting list but still have a few spots left for individuals to register and play on a team. For details on how to register go to www.areacodesbasketball.com
Few scouts are expected to show like Jeff Meadows of Hoopsreport, Pointguardu.com, Larry Hill of Westcoasthoopsreport.com/Area Codes Basketball and Lew Roberts of Vegashoopsreport.com. Several junior college coaches have inquired to attend like Kyle Isaacs of Arizona Western, Jordan Dreiling of Central Arizona and Matt Gordon of Phoenix College.

“This is the last showcase in Arizona for players to participate in because of high school tryouts starting on October 29, it is not good for players to play few days before tryouts”, said Roberts.

EVENT IS OPEN TO INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS IN ALL HIGH SCHOOL
GRADES, HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS, AND AAU/CLUB TEAMS.
* This event is designed to provide all players an opportunity to demonstrate their competitive skills to the Division II, III, NAIA, and Junior College coaches and media invited to attend.
* Play against top level competition from Arizona and other areas.
* Our goal is to provide each and every player an opportunity to showcase his game in front of some of the top national/regional scouts expected to be in attendance.
*The Phoenix Fall Showcase will create an opportunity for you to start your recruiting process if you choose to play after high school and attend college.
* Top player’s evaluation will be on a database and ranked after the Phoenix Fall Showcase and forwarded to over 300 Division I, II, III, NAIA, JUCO and Prep school coaches across the country.
