Bryce Cotton asks for his release from Providence

Providence, Rhode Island – Bryce Cotton the 6 foot 2 soph (Tucson, AZ) combo guard asked for his release today from Providence head coach Ed Cooley.
Cotton led the Big East Conference in minutes with 38.6 per game and 14.3 points per game, starting 32.
Cotton scored high games of 24 vs Fairfield, 24 vs Holy Cross, 34 vs Bryant, 27 vs Louisville, 20 vs Pittsburgh, 17 vs Rutgers, 26 vs Marquette, 19 vs De Paul and 22 vs UCONN.
Cotton was recruited under Keno Davis and the former coaching staff at Providence.
